Why is membership of Chaplaincy New Zealand important?

1. We all need supportive relationships. The Chaplaincy New Zealand network provides such relationships within your region, as well as a Regional Overseer to coordinate CNZ gatherings within your locality. Chaplains work in a variety of locations within our communities. CNZ provides a way to bring you all together and share in a common belief, a common purpose and receive the support we all need day to day.

2. A regular newsletter is sent to all CNZ members with details of events coming up and courses available for professional training, as well as local news.

3. Our annual conference, the highlight of the year, is available at A REDUCED RATE to all our CNZ members.

4. Supervision will be more easily available to our CNZ members as we release several trained supervisors in 2021/2022.

5. The CNZ network gives professional credibility to the individual chaplain. CNZ is also part of a wider chaplaincy network within New Zealand.
